さらに、カナダ政府にマッチングファンドを申請し、調達した金額と同額のマッチングファンドを獲得することに成功しました。これにより、MISO Chip社の成長を更に加速させることができます。
MISO Chip社は、革新的なマイクロフルイディックバイオプシー技術によって、患者の生きた腫瘍を体外で検査し、治療結果を予測する独自の技術を開発しています。この先端的な技術により、患者固有の抗がん剤に対する耐性や副作用を治療開始前に予測できるようになり、治療結果の向上が期待されます。
MISO Chip社は、自社のマイクロフルイドリックバイオプシー技術によって人間の腫瘍微小環境（TME）を再現した状態で体外試験を実証し、臨床予測性が90％以上であるという優れた初期データを有しています。現在は特定の癌腫において臨床試験を進め、将来的には様々な癌種に対しても展開を予定しています。そのビジョンは、患者を中心においてクリニックでの実用性を高め、魅力的な治療解決策を提供することで、癌治療の新たな時代を切り拓くことにあります。

NTA announces investment in Canadian Cell Diagnosis Startup, MISO Chip Inc.
Newsight Tech Angels Inc. (headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Toru Seo; hereinafter “NTA”) announced that it has made an investment in the promising Canadian cell diagnostics startup, MISO Chip Inc. As part of this investment, NTA successfully applied for matching funds from the Canadian government, securing an amount equal to the funds raised. This will enable MISO Chip Inc. to continue to grow and expand rapidly.
MISO Chip Inc. has developed a revolutionary microfluidic biopsy technology that makes it possible to examine live tumors from patients outside of their bodies in order to predict the outcome of treatment. This cutting-edge technology enables the anticipation of patient-specific resistance and side effects to anti-cancer drugs prior to treatment initiation, thereby improving treatment outcomes.
MISO Chip Inc. has demonstrated the ability to perform in vitro assays that mimic the human tumor microenvironment (TME) and has excellent early data with clinical predictivity of over 90%. MISO Chip Inc. is currently pursuing clinical trials for specific cancer tumors and plans to expand its application to various cancer types.
