黒川一郎 医師 （くろかわいちろう）

黒川一郎医師がにきびの治療、研究に専念してから40年になる。大学で恩師の朝田康夫先生(関西医科大学名誉教授)、西嶋攝子先生(西嶋皮膚科院長)と出会い、そこで教室のテーマの1つであったにきび桿菌((Cutibacterium acnes: C.acnes)の研究をすることになった。これが黒川医師のにきび研究の第一歩であり、きっかけでもある。入局した年の夏に、岐阜大学医学部嫌気性実験施設に嫌気性菌の培養の手技を習いに行った。「猛暑の中、午後の実習はクーラーもない。実習室に氷柱を立て、汗まみれで悪戦苦闘した一週間でした」(黒川医師)
この39.4℃の最高気温を記録した夏に、過酷ともいえる実習に励んだことが、現在のにきび治療への熱意につながっている。その後、黒川医師は多数のにきび患者の診察に当たり、その病因である角化、細菌、皮脂、内分泌因子、免疫の多方面より幅広い分野の研究を行ってきた。
「従来のにきびの治療といえば、経験に基づいた様々な治療が行われており、標準的な治療がなく、医療の現場が混乱している状況でした」(黒川医師)
そこで2023年、日本皮膚科学会が尋常性ざ瘡・酒さ治療ガイドラインを公表。黒川医師は作成委員としてガイドラインの作成に携わった。さらに、海外のざ瘡のエキスパートとにきびに関する総説をまとめたり、難治性の化膿性汗腺炎(にきびの重症型)の治療、バイオによる治験にも当たっている。また皮膚上皮性腫瘍に関して、細胞骨格のケラチン発現とその意義というテーマでケラチンの権威であるRoland Moll教授(マールブルグ大学病理学)と総説にまとめた。
感染症の分野では嫌気性菌感染症ガイドラインの作成、黄色ブドウ球菌、にきび桿菌の耐性遺伝子の解明、帯状疱疹後神経痛のリスクファクター、日本紅斑熱の皮膚からのPCR(DNA複製)による早期診断などの実績がある。また、ざ瘡についてはケミカルピーリング、イオン導入による自費診療も行い、炎症後色素沈着の改善に著明な効果を報告している。ざ瘡・ざ瘡関連疾患については化粧品関係の臨床研究やバイオによる治験も行っている。美しい肌の追求のため、ざ瘡の集学的治療、難治性ざ瘡へ挑戦している。「患者さんの立場に寄り添う治療を心がけています」(黒川医師)

火曜・金曜の14:00～16:00まではにきび専門外来(予約制)。一般外来(月、火、水、金曜の午前のみ)予約なしでも診療は可能。受付で黒川医師の指名は可能。
